David Wu: had come back from iraq and was having trouble finding a job and was actually faced with reenlisting because of his struggles in trying to find something. this amendment will certainly help there. many veterans have technical backgrounds already. some additional training they're well positioned to continue serving their country by joing our federal cybersecurity work
