Joe Wilson: without objection. mr. wilson: mr. speaker, today there's a fiscal responsibility summit at the white house. i hope this summit will be the beginning of important decisions congress is going to make in order to limit the rising cost of government. if is disappointing that this summit came after congress passed a trillion llar spending package last week that many of my colleagues and many americans do not believe was the right way to stimulate our economy.
