Carolyn McCarthy: the gentlewoman from new york. mrs. mccarthy: take as much time as i may con i thank mr. mckeon for all the work that he did on the committee. and working with us to bring this bill to the floor. i know that there are those that are expressing concern about the process. we have had several debates on this particular bill.
