John Boozman: always, our biggest cost of doing business, our biggest expense, was health care insurance for our employees. every year, the guys would come along and say, your premium is going up 10%, 15%, 20%, whatever it is. the major problem we have going on right now is increased cost.

John Boozman: thing i would say is, instead, -- mr. boozman: i want to stipulate, what we have is wage and price controls, they're saying, we're going to dictate the cost. as my colleague said earlier, that doesn't work.
