Bob Goodlatte: we talk about the little bit and the organizations that reach out and help to day with loans, they know the impact this will have. secondly, to the gentleman from north carolina, the fact of the matter is, cramdowns were entirely prohibited going back to the 1898 law. for more than 100 years when they liberalized in other areas
