Steve Scalise: care. all they get from the tone deaf liberals running congress is the latest attempt to ram this bill through. now this latest proposal is the aughter solution where they are going to try to run it through without an actual vote. aybe some of them have been around so long they have forgotten what article 1 section 7 of the constitution says, it actually takes a vote here in this house for any bill
