Jim McDermott: deeming and how you can pass something you don't vote on i think the message is already at the grassroots. i yield back. mr. mcdermott: i would suggest that the gentleman has tried to create an issue but it won't last. nobody remembers any of the debate before social security, nobody rembers any of the debate before medicare. of course there's people saying all kinds of things out here.
