McGovern: in california ane eight million people last year went without health insurance. that's about 25% of all californians under the age of 65. 25% in california where they have some of the strongest malpractice laws in place. i mean, this is crazy. the fact is that people are struggling to pay for their health insurance and people

James P. McGovern: want -- who pay for it aren't going to get the health insurance that they think they're going to get. we have a situation that we not have to worry about the uninsured but worry about the insurance who find themselves sick or their loved one's sick
