McGovern: mr. mcgovern: i want to make something clear. and that is the president has said over and over and over again that if you like what you have in terms of your insurance, you can keep it. no matter what my friends on the other side say, no matter how much they don't like the fact that people can keep their own insurance, the president has assured that over and over again, no matter what you say,
