Steven Kagen: when we need it -- medicare will be there when we need it. no longer will a child's illness cause their family to go broke and lose their home. senior citizens will benefit by gaining access to prevention services with no co-payments, no deductibles. this is going to be our time and i'd encourage all of us to stop pointing fingers and start joing hands.
