Fred Upton: will see their benefits evaporate. where are our priorities? yesterday i introduced an amendment to delay the bill until we can guarantee medicare solvency r at least 30 years. it was denied. i guess they'd rather spend money we don't have than uphold our commitments to seniors. debt continues to soar beyond
