Xavier Becerra: gentleman is recognized for one minute. mr. becerra: i thank the gentleman. mr. speaker, today is a day of history, today we will accomplish what 100 years of congresses could not, we will pass health care reform, not just for some but for all americans. today's also another day in america. that means that 123 americans will die today because they do not have health insurance.
