Philip Hare: day, to honor all those killed at work, i rise to report the act of 2009 this will require america's largest employers to report to the department of labor on the numbers and rates of work-related deaths and injuries and illness at all work sites.

Philip Hare: they must provide data about oh shah, inspections that have occurred at their work sites. oh shah is not require -- osha is not required to conduct -- to report investigations, therefore serial offenders can hide in the weeds and not make their work spaces as safe as possible.
