John Kline: 're having the death tax come back. some poor guy loses his business, he dies, his son is going troun the business he has to sell half the business to pay the tax on it. what's the logic of that? that destroys jobs, destroys small businesses. next thingit seems like to me that dividends and capital gains, boy did we see the economy jump when we limited

John Kline: that and allowed people to keep more liquidity in the economy. another thing we can do is when you say you're going to tax people making $250,000, a whole lot of money, those are guys that own the small business. do you want to create jobs or suck all the money away from them like some sort of leech until they're so dried up and
