Barney Frank: in america from receiving housing counseling funds if anybodin that organization is indicted by any prosecutor anywherefore federal election or reform. i rise to vindicate and important principle of american law. that indictment should not b the cause of serious penalty. that people should continue to be presumed innocent until proven guilty.
