Velazquez: of our entrepreneurs. i think we're doing good work for this legislation, but as with many government programs we must ensure there is sufficient oversight. it is important that we carefully monitor how taxpayers' dollars are spent and what effect they're having. most of all, we must be sure that these programs accomplish what congress intended. the amendment in question will
