Jr.Brown: as every day costs of fuel and fertilizer may become too expensive for them afford. additionally our state's clean energy production would be excessively taxed. forcing companies to move to countries with less stringent standards resulting in little progress towards protecting our environment. the relocation of these businesses could result in the loss of up to seven million jobs, increasing unemployment
