Dan Burton: the president said at a hountown hall meeting last week said, we're going to pay for it by increased revenues, the cost will be between $1 trillion and $3 trillion. he's saying they're going to have to raise at least $1 trillion in new taxes. then he went on to say, about 2/3 of it would come from reallocating mey that's currently in the system.
