Ed Pastor: i am not opposed to the amendment. the chair: without objection, the ntleman is recognized fo five minutes. mr. pastor: i support mr. cao's amendment because the provision the gentleman is amending requires the nuclear regulatory commission to provide a report on improving its licensing procedure by reducing the time for submission of the report to congress from 90 days to 60 days.
