Doc Hastings: job-killing fines and mandates on small businesses, the job creators. studies estimate that nearly five million jobs will be lost from taxes under this democrat plan. there's a better solution, mr. speaker. rather than penalizing strauging small businesses, congress must make it easier for them to afford health benefits.
