Tom Latham: high speed rail system and actually accomplish something if we spent all that money in the stimulus just on high speed rail. we would have the eisenhower interstate pro jkt. i'm not against it, -- project. i'm not against it, but to have this money sit here, do nothing when we have a critical issue as far as the highway trust fund that needs funding immediately is simply wrong.
