Dave Camp: pay checks and the unemployment rate is heading to 15% and is at 15% in my home state. the americans can see the record unemployment but cannot see where the jobs are. the president and administration officials recently suggested their stimulus plan is working as intended and helping the economy recover, well, it's not.
