Tom Cole: this country with costs and care and coverage, they would say, medical malpractice reform. today across this country doctors do not look at patients at patients. they look at them as future lawsuits. if we aren't careful, this country won't have doctors anymore because everybody that's interested in going to med school will go to law school.
