Kucinich: madam i ask permission to address the house for one minute. the speaker pro tempore: without objection. kucinich health care is a basic right for a democracy. consistent with the preamble and the constitution itself. yet, we are being told it's not possible to have a single payer health system which every single democracy in the world have. we compromise it with a public option.
