Marsha Blackburn: mrs. blackburn: to address the house for one minute and revise and extend my remarks. the speaker pro tempore: without objection. mrs. blackburn: the american people, especially women are listening and watching and paying close atonings how we define problem hourks we as a body get around to solving problems. i think they are learning so very much.

Marsha Blackburn: they're learning that we have a philosophical difference in how we choose to address these problems. some of my colleagues want to see this played out in the health care debate, where they would choose to have a government-centered plan, and then there are tho would like to have a patient-centered, tax-payer friendly way to address this.
