Peter Hoekstra: michigan and go to chicago and stand on top of the sears tower and put the washington monument on top of it and i could drop it and it would be from the top of the washington monument, on top of the sears tower and just about get to the ground. that's how long this bill is.

Peter Hoekstra: it's more than a third of a mile if you laid the pages from end to end and this is just 37 simple pages. and what this bill does, like you said, the constitution -- that's a great way of putting it -- the constitution changed government and put limits on government.
