Andrews: denying them on pre-existing conditions. and they don't ignore the uninsured. i give them some credit for that. there will be 50 million uninsured in 2010. they do change that. their plan would make it 55 million uninsured 10 years from now. so they're standing on a motion when we hear a member say this. we cannot stand idlely by now
