Jr.Duncan: u.s. general services administration to approve federal agencies' request to operate programs to test alternative methods of compensating employees for recation and travel expenses. this bill passed the senate on november 9 by unanimous consent. g.s.a.'s current authorityo authorize such programs would have otherwise expire in december of this year.
