Jr.Duncan: -- as part of franklin roosevelt's secretarial staff for several decades, and in 1941 became his personal secretary. after his death, her papers was passed on through her nuse in the hands of private collectors and finally to the current owners, sometimes media, who bought the collection for $8 million in 2001.
