Jr.Boustany: it continues e same price controlled formula for physicians and it does not eliminate, let me repeat, it does not eliminate the ten ensy for physician cuts. instead of providing a realistic long-term solution this bill spends borrowed money and basically increases medicare shortfalls by $1.9 trillion.
