so i'm going to say this much: thanks. thanks for voting for it. thanks for the wonderful senator from maryland. thanks to senator kennedy, senator enzi. all the staffers would have worked so hard on this. this is going to be a monumental landmark bill that should help this country and help people get in the mood of being volunteers.
