Mary Landrieu: a vote on this amendment which was my hope. but because of time constrains and because of the difficulty of geing members here to the floor for the would have to go through to have a vote i'm happy to report that the chairman of the committee has agreed to allow our committee of small business to have jurisdiction over this matter.
