Amy Klobuchar: the scope of the staggering -- of the disaster is staggering. this should not threaten the entire coast of our country. but beyond that, potentially, if they close the port of new orleans, you think of the effect on minnesota, if the oil keeps spreading the effect it will have on other parts of the country. i don't think the taxpayers of this country should have to pay for that.
