Byron Dorgan: moment, and he was not able to hear from the congressional budget office before he left town, but i do hope, even though there's an objection now and again, to be fair to my colleague from wyoming, he's objecting on behalf of other senators with respect to this, i do hope that we can find a way to repair this, because i think it's very important that we do so.
