Judd Gregg: what happens to students? i mean, i know some people get a little frustrated just trying to get their drivers license renewed in this country. can you imagine having to go find the department of education and getting a student loan from the department? i'd be interested on the senator's thoughts on what kind of nightmare that will be for our students?

Judd Gregg: mr. alexander: that's a prett big the current -- the senator and i both worked on ways of simplifying the student loan application. i mean, there are 19 million families this year in america who have got to get this government form out, fill it out, tell all about themselves and apply for a student loan one
