John Barrasso: i have included in the record. this is septe "max's mad mandate." in the first paragraph it says, one reason this finance committee bill allegedly pays for itself is because it will break all 50 state budgets by permanently expanding medicaid.

John Barrasso: and you're a governor, you've had to deal with this in tennessee. it uses medicaid everyone up to at least 133% of the federal poverty level.
