John Barrasso: bill. it's the reason why we should make sure that the people across the country have a chance to read the bill. the people in read the bill. it's a reason that the people in our home districts to get back to us. as i say all around wyoming, the wisdom doesn't come from washington, the from america, my state and your state and the other states.
