Sherrod Brown: than anything almost any of us can rember, debate and investigate and all that. we passed 161 republican amendments. i voted for almost all of them, and i know senator whitehouse and senator merkley did most of them, too. and that there's some certainly fundamental questions that we have ideological differences, but we made a better bill as a result. but senator enzi's state has a
