Lamar Alexander: to may -- it will probably raise premiums. that it will raise taxes. that it will cut medicare by $450 and now we learn from the majority leader this week that there will be a new government-run insurance program. we're going to put the government in the insurance busine with a state opt-out, whatever that might mean. i'm a former governor.
